• How does the TimeCUE app work?
  • The App links to the cloud application. When an employee tries to clock in the app pulls all the approved locations entered in by their supervisor. It compares these locations with their current location and if there is a match the employee is allowed to clockin.


• Can I sumbit PTO and Vacation request in TimeCUE?
  • You sure can. Not only can you submit PTO and Vacation request, when you do submit the request and if your supervisor approves the request the time is automatically attached to the time sheet. How cool is that.


• How much do TimeCUE cost?
  • We charge on a per employee bases. However because we have partnered with other companies that resell TimeCUE, you will have to call to get pricing. I can tell you that we are lower than almost all online time clocks and we do waaaaaaaay more.


• Is TimeCUE a mobile or Cloud application?
  • Well I guess we are kind of both. The cloud application more or less controls the app. So you need the cloud to run the app but you do not need the app to operate the cloud.


• Can an employee really access their time from anywhere?
  • Yes they can. If they have a smart phone they can download the app and login to check their time, even if they are not approved to clockin via the app. No smart phone, no problem we have a secure web link where they can still login with there username and password.


• We don't feel comfortable having our employees clocking in / out via smart phone is there another way they can clock in / out?
  • We got you covered. You can clock in and out via a secure weblink or you can use an access card and tap to clock in and out. (Access card require addition equipment)


• Is there a maximum number of employees that can be on TimeCUE?
  • There is no max the more the merrier.


• Can employees clock in using departments?
  • They sure can, departments are created by the administrator and assigned when the employee profile is created. The employee can clock in / out using there default department or switch departments when they are assigned to work in different areas.


• Will the data inside TimeCUE sync with my payroll software so I do not have to do double entry?
  • Absolutely. We can upload data to any payroll or accounting software that allow imports.
